When I am trying to create a TO from TR in warehouse I get the error message 'Transfer requirement 0000XXXX already fully supplied' Message no. L3047
Do you know what's the problem?

TO has been already created for your Transfer requirement. Check in processing status of your TR item. You will find the TO number.

Inbound/Outbound Queue Monitoring
Hello EWM experts
We are looking to automate the monitoring of Inbound and Outbound Queues so that manual efforts can be saved.
I have a requirement that for some particular types of Queues (be it Inbound or Outbound Queues) I want them to just reprocess ,Queues which are stuck mostly due locking issues.
Also if a Queue gets stuck in SMQ1/SMQ2 ,I should get a mail/message poop-up.

The scanning of serial numbers during a shipment
The customer works in the production system EWM. The product profile of the serial number - C (Serial Numbers in Inventory Management) is activated in the system.
The disadvantage of this profile is as follows:
We made the putaway of the product in a box or pallet (whole handling unit) and scanned the all amount. The whole handling unit with scanned serial numbers is on the storage bin.
Then we make the shipment. The amount equal to one box / pallet (whole HU) + some PCS of the product is in one warehouse task. The system in the process of shipment requires to scan all the quantity of product for the warehouse task, including the whole handling unit with the existing serial numbers. An additional scanning of all units in the whole HU causes additional works of customer. This is not an effective solution.
Note: If the box / pallet (HU) is in one warehouse task and a few pcs of product are in other warehouse tasks, the system requires to scan only a single PCS.
Is it possible to configure the system so that you can scan SN only for PCS of the product when we have box / pallet (whole HU) + some PCS of the product in one warehouse task?

Diferentes tipos de Inbound Delivery EWM
Bom dia Pessoal!
Tenho o seguinte cenário em meu cliente para atendimento do processo físico dos materiais no EWM: Necessidade de criação de diferentes tipos de remessa inbound para cada tipo de entrada, entre elas: Entrada de transferência entre centros, transferência entre depósitos MM > EWM, entrada de compra, entrada de cross-docking.
Para as entradas que possuem um pedido de compras atrelado conseguimos realizar a criação de diferentes tipos de inbound através de uma exit. Contudo, estou com uma dúvida quanto a possibilidade de criar diferentes tipos de inbound delivery a partir de movimentações realizadas através da transação MIGO. Ex: 501, Z01, 311.
O EWM possui alguma funcionalidade para realizar este DE/PARA, por exemplo: Movimento 311 = remessa ZDIG?

Hi Akhil, which EWM release are you on? Do you know the EWM message queue monitor? It is available from EWM 9.1 on and provides a much more improved monitoring which is also focused on business data (warehouse number, delivery numbers,....) Regarding your questions: 1.) Locking issues. If this is mainly concerning the ERP inbound queues sent from EWM , Please have a look at the following consulting note: 2172902 - Failed inbound queues in SMQ2 due to locking problems for messages sent from EWM 2.) notifications (alerts) Do you know the SAP customer influence program? Thanks Markus for the prompt response.We are using SAP SCM 7.0 (SCMEWM 700) version.
I see all the suggestions given by you are applicable to version 9.1 and above.
Is there any other way to handle this in 7.0 version.

The comment regarding 1.) is independant on EWM release and only depends on ERP release.
Regarding alerting, you can either have a look at the following thread (which his for CIF):
http://scn.sap.com/thread/2032155. It also has a discussion about a report from CIF for alerting.
But this is generic. It does not consider business data (e.g. if you want to alert person A for warehouse 1 and person B for warehouse 2).
To my knowledge there is also a consulting solution for alerting.
But regarding handling of queues from EWM 9.1 on much better tools exist.

Regarding alerting you can also have a look in menu under:
EWM->SCM basis->Integration->Inbound Queue Monitoring and Outbound Queue Monitoring.
This is also for mail notifications.
But as I said from 9.1 on the above customer influence topics should be checked

Sub-hu / box removal from pallet storage type
Dear Experts,
in one of our warehouses we want to store mixed pallets in our pallet storage type.
Removal of sub-hu:
Manually I can create an HUWT for HU 1.1, this will lead to an removal of HU1 to the pick point, from where I confirm the the removal of HU1.1.
I can also move HU1 back to the pallet storage type. (Exactly as described in the Help for the pick point)
Removal of sku A:
When creating the Prod WT for sku A for any process, the removal rule will find the stock on the pallet. In the quant tables the stock is stored based on the pallet/main HU. This will now also lead to an creation of an HUWT for the whole pallet only. From the pick point we now remove sku A, but have to choose to remove either Hu1.1 or HU1.2. This is working excellent with standard RF.
Issue:
We want to find stock on sub-HU(Box) level, as our removal rules also consider several information which we only have on sub-hu/box level (e.g fifo).
I would have expected something like the following (similar as ADHU for sub-hu):
PRWT - sku A - to final destination
HUWT - HU1 - to pick point - open
HUWT - HU1.1 - to Final destination - (B) waiting
If possible, how can the sub-hu/box directly be allocated for removal?

better late then never. We solved it with Badi SCWM/EX_CORE_RMS_DETERMINE.
The logic we implemented corrects the found quants, and keeps only those which match our expected quantity.

this is already set in the Pallet ST and as far as I see, the reason why I need to choose one of the two sub-HUs which hold the requested sku A.
Unfortunately this is not the solution for my problem.

Error while doing Posting Change in EWM
Hello Experts
I am trying to do posting change using /SCWM/POST but I am not able to perform.Also since I am not changing the Storage Bin so I am not using WPT which eliminates any WPT related issues.
I have tried for 4-5 storage Types and also various combinations of Stock Type(from F2->Q4,F2->Q3,F2->B5 etc) but without any luck.
I am getting the Error "Target stock type Q4 is not allowed in storage type 0050" and similar ones.
Am I missing some config that I need to maintain ??

Hello Akhil,
This might be due mixed storage in not allowed for your storage type.
It means you can't keep different stock cat in same bin.
Please share the screen shot of your storage type.

Unable to CIF class & characteristics to EWM
Hi
I am getting following error when CIFing class & characteristics to EWM. Can any one help me in fixing this issue.
Under SAP EWM config Cross-Application Components ->Classification System -> Classes -> Maintain Object Types and Class Types
and for table /SAPAPO/MATKEY -> class types 001-> Organizational Areas -> maintained entry
class type 001
Org.area 0 material
Also Organization area is assigned to class & characteristics.
Did I miss any thing?
