Yes i was using the Wrong Distribution Model , I should have selected EWM , but i was giving some new name as i thought that was required. Hence message came.
I did with EWM distribution Model and all worked well.

Re: Stock Upload in EWM through /SCWM/ISU
Hi Friends,
We have uploaded stock through tcode /SCWM/ISU as a part of testing and found that system taking 8-10hrs. average time for 9500 plus products. This is the time from offshore. We are testing at client side. Obviously there will be difference. I thought to share this with you and also want to understand if any one has used this tool to upload stock through application server and by setting background job.
We tried to upload stock by accessing file from application server and then tried to display data but it has gone to dump. Then we understood through debugging that the file format we used need to be modified and changed to more text related(,,...,,). Our thought to upload stock through this transaction by accessing file from application server and then set it up as background job. Please let me know if any one have used this approach and file format used. We wanted to understand time taken through background job. Actual go live stage we will be uploading 60000 plus products.

This is a very broad/open question and can be answered in multiple ways. Here is my answer in short.
You are implementing a EWM Solution to a new warehouse where they are not using this solution. This implementation process will go through ASAP Methodology.

This is a bit confusing issue. The error is from WM, But, you are asking in EWM Integration. Here are my suggestions.
Can you cross verify your storage locations whether they both are assigned to same warehouse in ECC ( Assign Warehouse to Plant/Storage Location ) .
Then, in EWM System, In Interfaces, ERP Integration, Can you very Storage Location mapping to Availability Groups is done.

Physical Stock is not getting Updated through /SCWM/ISU

When we are uploading initial stock with transaction /SCWM/ISU stock is getting uploaded as Available stock but Physical stock is not getting updated, not sure what we are missing, please provide expert advise

I am analyzing a system and my requirement is to identify if the client is using Warehouse Management actively. I can see that there are transfer orders being created and are available in LTAK table. Further to this what else can I check to know that the client is using WM or EWM actively.

Check Processing tab in ECC for your del header.
Field >>Dec. whse B Distributed is EWM or any decentralized wh. and if its not the not relevant.

2. if your del you can changed in vl32n or vl02n then its ecc and if you cant change it means it ewm.

create new document type and item type and same in ewm and erp with mapping.
create ppf action for wt automatic for same del type. and then it can be picked as required and flow.

Using table TMAPSTLOC to get Plants for an EWM Report/Output
Hi,
I'm trying to create a report that extracts material details including the plant from which the material was produced.
The plant comes from using the table /SCWM/TMAPSTLOC. From what I know it's used to connect ECC data with that of EWM. I'm linking this to the table /SCWM/AQUA and /SCWM/BINMAT for other details.
When the data comes out I've noticed that a record is almost identifical except for the field, TMAPSTLOC-AVLGRP.
I would like to know if:
- This is the correct way to query data from EWM tables. Example, am I using the correct tables etc. I'm doing this because I have to pull data into an external report/output for auditing purposes. The end user will not have or should not need access into the EWM system itself.
- Why do I find two almost identical records with only AVLGRP as the difference? Should I focus only on one type of AVLGRP? I've noticed different statuses for te description of AVLGRP such as Goods for Putaway and Goods Completely Available. Should I filter in only one or should I keep both? If I have to only leave certain avaiability groups within the system, which one?
