Hi,
If any batch requirement is maintained for material in ECC, we can not post IBD & OBD in EWM without batch irrespective of reference document.
We can use HUs also for direct IBD & OBD in EWM,the same can be updated in ECC,since we have the same packaging material types in ECC also.

If you have used LOSC, the creation of the next WT is not depending on the usage decision, but should be already there.

Have you covered that in your LOSC? I am not even sure if this is meant to work at all.

Hi,
We have a scenario where we need to consume some products to cost center. So we create a STO with Acct. Asgn. Cat K. In the PO, G/L is automatically determined as per the valuation class and G/L assignment in GBB VBR. Then we create an outbound delivery for this STO which gets distributed to EWM system. The PGI to cost centre gets posted in EWM and interfaced to ECC to update the consumption posting. But when the goods posting is interfaced to ECC, it fails in the inbound queue with error message "Account determination for entry 0C01 GBB ____ VAY not possible".
I am unable to understand why the goods posting tries to post in GBB VAY instead of GBB VBR. In the PO the G/L is determined correctly which is assigned to GBB VBR for that valuation class. So the GI posting should be posted to GBB VBR. Why system determines GBB VAY instead of GBB VBR.
In OME9, VBR is manitained for Acct. Asgn. Cat K.
Is the movement type mapping in ECC and EWM mismatch for movement type 201?

I'm planning to interface the EWM to Non-SAP ASRS system and following the Fully Automated Warehouse as a Black Box process.
For this my querie is how I need to fetch the data from non SAP system ?
Is we need to maintain any custom tables and from there we have to fetch the data or any ?
Pls provide your valuable inputs for the same.

Dear,
VBR is for internal goods issue only.For example against Cost center etc..
VAY is for goods issue against sales order with account assignment object.

could you explain the scenario with some more clarity, since you are doing STO and let know either both plants are belonging to company code .
As per the error it seems valuation modifier ( valuation grouping code ) is missing for issuing plant.
to check that , here is the path in ECC.

you do it just as in ERP. 
In the warehouse number you maintain that the connection to a subsystem is enabled.
And the details you set up in the IMG path Extended Warehouse Management --> Interfaces --> Non-SAP Systems --> Connect Subsystem.

your HU number is generated internally from ECC and it should be maintained as a external number range in EWM.
check the number ranges in EWW in below path for HU

Issue solved then number range coming ERP was internal number in EWM so I have changed the number from Internal to external in SAP EWM in path

Hi,
If you are going with Non SAP MFS system, it is required to establish a communication channel for various object types like PLC,Telegram Type ,communication point & Resource.
where the operational environment for MFS queues are not relevant for RF,Non- RF 'or' MFS. So we need to maintain the customized table to trace the queue flows between SAP & Non SAP against the PLC.
To update the telegram statuses between SAP and Non SAP ,it is required to maintained customized tables.

Once after complete the TU in EWM, that TU status can move to TM module along with the TU and products list.
in EWM , we have shipment monitor & freight document monitor to get the relevant details.
Here is the path access the TM monitors
Sap easy access-SCM Extended Warehouse Management -Extended Warehouse Management -Shipping and Receiving -Transportation Management in EWM -Reporting

Problem is solved.
It happed because InboundDelivery.SaveReplica and OutboundDelivery.SaveReplica existet in twice distribution models for the same warehousenumber.

Here in EWM, we can create a warehouse request for load activity and generate a shipment also.Here we can capture the load start end end times.
T code : /SCWM/LOAD.
If the LOAD step is included with POSC, system can calculate the execution work load.
if the outbound deliveries are assigned to any TU, this information can distribute.

I meant the various warehouse and transportation status values that is exchanged between EWM -TM and whats the point of trigger for this status.

Once TU is checkout from the check out point, then the status can be transferred to the TM module.
