Hello Sandip,

 

in EWM9.3 and through EWM customer connect there are some more print options brought in but as far is I know, there is no standard way right now.

 

Others might have same needs

 

As printing is mostly tied to conditions and PPF, it was to much overhead to test printing for us (e.g. print confirmed WT, print HU label at any time) with all that stuff needs to be prepared before

 

So we wrote little code to execute printing functions to (re)print the documents we need to test. This code could be added in BAdI after WT confirmation

Stock Upload

Does anyone have experience to transfer stock from ECC  MIGO movement type 561 ==> create Inbound in ECC==> replicated in EWM and proceed the WT in EWM. Any input and link appreciated. Thanks

Stock WM to EWM

Hi EWM Team,

 

What the best option to transfer initial stock from ECC WM to EWM. Other than /SCWM/ISU - Stock data transfer is there any way we can transfer direct to EWM. The storage bin , location and storage type is same structure between WM and EWM. Thanks

Hi James,

 

since EWM 7.02 there is the migration from LE-WM to EWM available

for several objects like:

  • warehouse product
  • storage bins
  • stock
  • etc...

Hello Juergen, Namita and Suraj,

 

 

As per OSS note, indicator (Activate source stock type) is already active in ECC.

Attached is its screenshot.

Now, I attempted a complete cycle to move blocked stock from plant to plant.

This blocked stock was successfully moved in EWM system.

 

However, in ECC, outbound deliver, inbound delivery and stock in receiving plant is not updated.

Attached are screenshot of inbound and outbound delivery indicating Goods movement has not started yet for both.

Is there any further setting need to be done to achieve the update in ECC?

Hello,

 

In Tcode: SMQ2, for the outbound delivery which was not getting updated, I am getting following error message.

 

Check table YMBUZ: entry 0001 X does not exists.

 

But when I tried to look up this table in SE16N or in SM30 in ECC, system gives following message.

 

Table YMBUZ is not active in the directory.

 

Can you guide?

Hi,

you can already specify in your STO that the shipment should be done with "blocked" stock.

I remeber you have to activate SPM on your ERP to support this function.

by this the delivery being created is requesting blocked stock and by this EWM should look for blocked stock instead of F2 stock

Thanks for your reply Joerg,

 

My system already has indicator active under SPM.

 

I am able move blocked stock in EWM.

But inbound and outbound deliveries are not getting updated in ECC.

 

Please see my reply dated 23rd Oct at 5.21 AM for error message seen in Tcode: SMQ2.

if you have blocked stock in ECC, you can not do good issue .. but blocked stock EWM . may be you have to move them to unrestricted before you able to issue stock from them

From your error in SMQ2.. it seems item category and delivery document type configuration is not maintained in ECC side

Hi Raj,

 

You can cancel partial quantity in an HU using repack HU option available in the transaction. For example, you can repack 50 items in another HU and then release the stock for the original HU which will now be remaining with only 50 CS.

Hi Sandip,

 

You can try making the condition table more specific, by adding fields like workcenter etc and then check if the destination pick HU is being picked up.

It may be possible that the task has been unassigned from the warehouse order and the empty order may have been deleted. It may be a table level inconsistency. Please check the task assignment to order at table level.

Hi Shiva

 

Namitra has given all correct step.

 

Check OD is created and GI has happen in ECC,

Then

1. Reverse GI in OD which will go in ECC and also do reversal.

2. As you want to start picking activity >>. delete OD in EWM . Nothing in ECC.

3. /scwm/cancpick  which will reverse piking activity for your stock. No your HU is detached from Del is free  pick as your wish/process.

Now your ODO in EWM picking status will come back to initial.

Now if you want to pick same HU then move via adhoc and pick the same HU.

If you want to repack by any combination move to repack station and do as you wish. Then you can pick.

 

And as you are sending in HU. If you even want to send partial or reverse partial. It means you have to reverse whole and send partial in New HU.

 

As Box send whole and should not reverse partial. If that is the case then such business scenario will not called as reversal it will be customer returns. In that case you are keeping box to customer place and getting some qty in warehouse back.

Dear Experts,

what criteria condition types appearing in transaction /SCWM/PSCT6 ? i defined new condition type for packing but it is not coming in above transaction.

could you please explain more about /SCWM/PSCT6 - Condition Maintenance transaction? use of this transaction..etc..

Hi,

well, just a condition type is not really much, I suppose you also have a new condition table and an access sequence? And if you want to use the new condition, it also must be in a determination procedure. And finally: before you can enter a condition record: did you add the new condition type with it's condition table to the condition maintenance group PAK?

Hi EWM Team ,

 

Set WT auto for one WH and other WH manual

SAP Standard :

Goto SPPFCADM tcode

select application - /SCDL/DELIVERY. Click Action profile and actions

Then select Action profile - /SCDL/PRD_IN

Use action definition - /SCWM/PRD_IN_TO_CREATE

 

 

How  to set one WH manual WT and  one WH auto for Inbound WT.

 

Can we use WPT and condition record ?

Hi Vijay,

 

This can be achieved by below two ways.

 

As all message send via program from EWM to non EWM system. so.,

 

in message program write a function to check does non EWM system ref no has how many del and does all are GI or not and if not dont send queues and stop with error message ( ur way)

 

2 way >> when you get del from non sap system check does it has del and if merge with existing of not create new.

 

I hope this is quite technical. Try to sit with him and achieve that. it all at rec or sending code.

Discuss with Technical consultant and change a method to check at WH level and u can update condition in same way.
