Re: Consumption for production: No warehouse request item existing

Hello Gunter,

the outbound delivery order for the consumption should only be the last delivery for the production order (ok, except you then still have a inbound delivery for the receipt of the material). Before that you should have deliveries for the staging of pick parts and release order parts, in case of crate parts it is indeed replenishment (all assuming you have delivery based staging, but only for that you have a consumption delivery).

Maybe you should check this Integration of Production Supply (PP) in Extended Warehouse Mana - Goods Issue - SAP Library (and all the text which follows, especially the staging part)?

Hi,

there is a new flag introduced with EWM 9.2 on warehouse number level called "Control CIF Behavior"

With this flag the warehouse product view is generated for all warehouses belonging to the plant.

Alternatively use the BADI provided by the SCM layer. IMG - SCM Basis - Integration - BADis for Specific Applications - Product - BAdI: Inbound Processing for Product

Hi James,

This is due to your Supply Chain Unit and Hierarchy of SCU, just make sure you have RO in your SCU hierarchy.

Other thing, you m ight have above settings properly maintained, but when you CIFed your Recieving office from ERP to EWM, make sure it has created a location with its identical location type and SCU.

HI Malay,

You can work with your Warehouse Order Creation Rules and you can set up those rules and limits as per your requirements.

Hi Pratyush,

No , that was not my question.

My question is I made one enhancement in dev sys and moved to q system. But  when i checked in Q sys by creating one DN , the issue was that some one else has maintained one new storage location with the same availability grp as of mine .So in Q system , i was not able prepare the DN properly. So i liked to ask you , how can i delete that entry from the Q system .

As i dont know who has maintained that TR which is an obstacle for my enhancement.

Please assist me for this

Thanks

Hi Team

looks like non of the suggestion  is working : -

1) Create the inbound delivery for the PO with movement type 105 - ID is replicated to EWM

2) Perform the 103 posting with reference to the PO in ECC (by using MIGO)

Error Message

Unable to update inbound delivery since already distributed to dec.system

3) Perform the GR in EWM - ID in ECC . Not updated.

Thanks

Hi James,

If your all setting are correct, then try to check what is the shipping/receiving point in your ECC delivery and for the same receiving/shipping point whether location is successfully CIFed in EWM. If not available then ship it again and assign the correct combination in Supply chain hierarchy as suggested by Anoop.

Consumption consignment stock in eWM Release 9.2

$

Hello Expert,

I am using the new eWM production integration process of eWM release 9.2. The consumption of component of production order is executed by RF functionality in eWM.

For the own stock the consumption works well. Just need to enter the production order number, PSA number and product number. But now I am facing the problem with consignment stock. The staging of consignment stock from warehouse to PSA works as well. But If I try to consume the consignment stock in RF, I get the following error message: Owner A not found for product B in manufacturing order. I am total confused here and have no idea.

Is there here any expert who has experience with this area?

Thanks in advance and best regards,

Liyu

Hi,

in chapter 5.2 'Defining the logical system and business system for SAP TM in SAP EWM' of the above mentioned guide there is a note giving the answer to your question.'If SAP EWM and SAP TM are installed on the same system and use the same client you do not have to do anything here'.

Please read the guide carefully, usually there are notes explaining what needs to be done depending on the deployment option you are using.

Hello Friends,

My one of the PN is facing one issue , that the qty is matched in erp which is excess and while in ewm it is correct.

As like /scwm/erp_stockcheck in ewm , do we have any tcode to correct the ERP excess stock?

Await for your replies.

Thanks to all

Hi Rajbharti ,

Firstly , you have to check the documents related to stocks closely both in EWm and ECC system.

1 solution which i think may work is - suppose you have 100 bags in ecc and 80 bags in ewm with stock type same on both systems , do stock upload of 20 bags in ewm (check "don't post in erp" ). By doing so , the stock in ewm will be updated to 100 bags keeping the stock in ecc same . Now using /n/scwm/adhu , do internal movement to sync bin (bin whose stock is updated to zero every 10 min or so ) for 20 bags .

By doing so , the stock in both ecc as well as ewm system will show 80 bags .

Hi,

played a little bit more now.

What I know is that the open task in in /scwm/ordim_o table.

Is there way to know that I actually want to confirm exactly that task? With some "special" function/class, reading the stack or whatever?

Thanks

Michael

Hi Rajbharati,

Before you correct your stocks, you should find out the reason why there is a mismatch of ERP-EWM stock qty. One of the possible reason can be that PGI is posted from EWM but did not get updated/posted in ERP, due to some errors, it might have stuck in queues. Check the queue.

Hello Tapan,

You need to install SAP Note # 1941339

But before implementing that, please consult with your BASIS guy to know the release of your ECC

Please reward , if you find it useful.
