this is not possible. You can only post the issue from the work center bin.
You could set up a replenishment process to trigger replenishment task to fill up the work center bin with the auxiliary packaging material or use PPF+BADI to do that on VAS creation.

it looks like your qRFC call has wrong recipient.
First cross-verify what Anoop suggests. In Tcode BD64 check if the EWM system is the recipient in the distribution model.
You may also cross-verify whether the name of logical system is correctly assigned to the client and RFC destination has correct address.

in PI area settings you can set the system to post difference immediately after count is entered. Then there is report /scwm/wm_adjust which can be planned as a background job for posting to ECC.

when I'm doing the goods issue in EWM system, am expecting that this information will be transferred to ERP.
But in the inbound queues for ERP I see following:
These are the wharehouse tasks in EWM and they looks like this in EWM:
As you see there are no WharehouseProcType for these WTs...and when I try to create one in customizing
I miss the ProcessCategory (like postin of goods issue and inventory and so on):
Could you guys give me a tipp where I can create/customize other process categories?

category 5 and 6 is used internally by the system and it is not possible to customize it. Is there please any specific error you face in the inbound queue in ECC?

Well the error is connected with the account determination, but I'm sure that the problem in EWM is about that some of wharehouse tasks (e.g. for goods issue):
Does not have any Wharehouse Process Types and Activities....
And I have no Idea why....

I have configured cartonization as per available standard documentation. Algorithm is set to WO creation and usage during Packing. Issue faced is the carton proposal is not working. The place of doubt is in WOCR. I tried in two ways:
a. I checked the "CAP compatibility", removed packing profile and maintained condition type 0CAP in packspec. WO created without proposing cartonization.
b. I checked the "CAP compatibility", maintained packing profile and condition type 0CAP in packspec, WO log throws an error "No packaging material is maintained for packing profile XXXX". Whereas 0CAP does not have provision for Packing proposal maintained in WOCR. I am not sure if condition record will help to determine.
Need help where am I going wrong.

You can also consider creation of zero tolerance groups for posting of differences, so warehouse operators will not be able to post it, just process the PI document, or only create an alert.
Also nice functionality is to use exception code Missing HU (HUMI) or Missing Product (PRIL), which can trigger a workflow.

I have maintained packing profile and assigned to wocr. But the condition type 0CAP does not have provision to enter packing profile, hence WO creation is failing.

Then change the condition type OCAP condition table and add packing profile. copy just like OBDL.
as system will do all its work at WOCR and find packing profile and then process as your expecting.

you can change del creation method in EWM to check SCR and follow your rule as you want.
Add change save replica to take your addition field to ewm and follow filed.

SCR field is hardcoded in ERP system as a constant.
EWM allows you to map different document item types by differentiation attribute profile. For scrapping there is a field SPE_SCRAP_IND in table LIPS, which you can used in EWM for item type determination.
However it must be filled on ERP side programmatically (e.g. by reason for movement).

You do not have to enter packing profile in packspec.
Check your algorithm profile settings in customization and check tcode /SCWM/CAPPDET as well.

I got the same error and I debugged and found that the error was coming because system was determining ;Reference movement type for WM from material movements' value as 999, when it should have been 101.
The issue was coming because the qty/value update indicator was not set for plant valuation area. Once that was set, inbound delivery was distributed successfully.

Scenario : Inbound with VAS.
We are doing Palletization at VAS work center. For this I hav maintained to pack specs one for Palletization and other for the VAS order.
1) Condition record 0VSI is used to for selection for pack spec for the VAS order.
2) Condition record 0DKS for palletization. Once the VAS order is confirmed through /SCWM/VASEXEC , using "Repack HU" which checks 0DKS condition record and selects the pack spec according to logical condition.
Requirement - I have activated putaway task split. For example an HU consist of 15 EA. Out of which putaway of 10 EA should be done to forward pick area and 5 to reserve. As per the pack spec one pallet can accommodate 15 qty. Whenever palletization is done before putaway it will create 1 HU with 15 qty and it will putaway to one reserve location. So I tried to empty the HU and use "create VAS WT" so that it will split the task to reserve and pick face (ref the below screen shot). My requirement is to to do palletization for 10 and 5 seperately after creation of putaway task.
