Component VASP missing for order document management in VAS_EWM

Hello experts,

 

I am working on VAS Order process. While trying to activate ODM for VAS in IMG-->SCWM-->EWM-->Cross Process Settings-->VAS-->Activate Order Document Management for VAS, I am getting below error-

 

"Component

VASP
The structure of component VASP could not be generated (DDIF_TABL_ACTIVATE)

 

Order Data Area

Order component VASP specified (status active: 'X') does not exist"

 

When I go to SCM Basis-->Order document Management-->Check settings in Order Document Management I get additional information about error-

 

"The component is inactive

Component VASP contains change mode (OBJCHG)

Structure /SCWM/S_VAS_ODM_AUX does not contain all administration fields

Table type /SCWM/TT_VAS_ODM_AUX uses structure /SCWM/S_VAS_ODM_AUX"

 

 

Any pointers will be appreciated.

Dear Arun,

 

IDOC, which is triggered from TU in EWM and which updates shipment in ECC is triggerred through PPF action, the link to ECC is created through distribution model in BD64. In distribution model you can link ECC logical system to this IDOC.

Application log EWM

When I go the Tcode /SCWM/ACTLOG in ewm it only allows me to change the subobjects of object "/SCWM/WME" in only one warehouse.

How to selectively activate or deactivate application log for a different warehouse.

How to selectively activate or deactivate application log for subojects of different object for example "QIE".

Any pointer will be highly appreciated.

discuss with technical and basis team this will get sort soon.  This is not issue just technical setting has to change in sale or in Bd59.


also check any issue is there while processing so that this queue is not getting automated, also authorization  with ur login.

Hi

 

SO you created complete org data in sap ecc and ewm ??

created od in ecc and then it got correctly distributed ?

 

if check smq1 and smq2 in both system and check error and post here with screen shot.

 

error message is in ewm it means you havent config org data in ewm properly. check all mapping.

 

SCM to BP

EWM Warehouse no  to party ent to dispose.

check aval group to plant config in ewm .

check odr ad click on check button to get actual error.

check slg1 for more detail  error log.

Hi Arun

 

When you activate shipment process = TU and Veh process in ewm via above action. you need tp activate idoc for updating status or correct shipment in ecc.

 

all communication of shipment = TU/TM is via idoc(connected to logical system as destination system from ewm to ecc).

Hi Imran,

 

there should be on stuck queue ewm or ecc with this del.

 

I hope Issue is due delivery type of ewm to ecc mapping. As you are creating del in ewm system is finding deli type mapping to create in ecc. and its not replicating.

 

when you get mapping you can check in vekp any document created.

Hi Guru's,

 

I am planning to take EWM 9.0 Associate level certification. I am preparing with EWM 7.0 books only as don't have EWM 9.0 books. Would that be enough to take certification on EWM 9.0..? Will there be much difference between EWM 7.0 and EWM 9.0 book..? Please provide your inputs.

you can change the warehouse through the menu Table View.

How to selectively activate or deactivate application log for subojects of different object for example "QIE".

With actlog you can only work with subobjects of the main object /SCWM/WME

item type determination in kit to order

Hi All ,

 

I  am working on kit to order  scenario. i have configured all  necessary steps  . Delivery is created in ECC  and  Replicated to EWM System.But   item type  determination is  not  happening   correctly.In  ODO  ,  Assembly Component  item(OKC)  is  coming  but  no  Header  item (OKM).

 

 

I have  configured   "item type  determination in outbound  process "  as  follows

 

 

doc catg (ODR)+item type(OKM)+item catg(DLV)  Item type determination=OKM

doc catg (ODR)+item type(OKC)+item catg(DLV)  Item type determination=OKC.

 

Please  suggest  me  the correct   item  type  determination in outbound  process.

Hi

 

Execute FM /SPE/DELV_RESET_DIST_STATUS  with delivery # and status D.. This will allow to edit delivery in ECC . Now go to VL02N and then just save.. Delivery gets distributed to EWM.. If delivery is incorrect then it will get struck in queue..

Error Could not fully determine the destination data during Planned replenishment

Dear Gurus,

 

I have an Issue with Planned replenishment run, in /scwm/REPL, the system is determining the data but is giving the error " Could not fully determine the destination data". Replenishment is being done from ST.type 0020 to 0050.

 

1.  Necessary customizing with WPT 3010 has been maintained for Plnd REPL. SRPL has been maintained for 3010.

2. Stock is maintained in St.Type 0020

3. Customizing for removal search is maintained. Detailed Config is as in the attached document

4. Log is activated but is showing the same error

5. Product master has been updated with fixed bins strategy with Min, Max and Replenishment qty.

 

Could you kindly guide me why I am getting this error. Thanks

Agreed, to have 9010 at the beginning of the sequence is not the reason why it does not work. Hm, did you try from the other direction (create the putaway WT), if the system does a CD then?

Hi Shashidhar,

 

I dont see that you have maintained your picking storage type search sequence STSS for Stype 0050. REPL strategy looks fine. Also check if you have maintained Replenishment relevant setting in Stype i.e. Replenishment in same bin or at Stype level.

 

Then retry....
