Hi , all
I want to mention that , if there are stocks in this storage type already, change of this indicator will cause some kind of inconsistency. So please be careful whe you want to change it after PRD is in use.
Dear experts,
I have an outbound delivery order in EWM with following warehouse request:
I do create an warehouse task for that request but everytime I get the error:
even the product is available and on stock as the removal strategies are maintained:
1. I have configured the Stock Removal Rule -> FIFO
2. The assignment of storage types to storage type search seq is also configured:
AKL1 -> is the source storage type for the stocj removal
3. Stock removal control indicator is also there:
4. Determination of Storage Type Search Sequence: Stock Removal is also maintained;
I also have configured the removal strategy FIFO for my storage type.
Could you guys give any hit what can be missed?
Thank you very much
BR
Denis
Dear experts,
i did all configurations like it´s said in the documentation advanced production integration (92 pages). But when i activate the business configuration set /SCWM/PMR_SINGLE_ORDER i receive warnings.
I followed the guide and now i am trying to create PMRs. I also set the configurations in transaction /SCWM/PSASTAGE, where i choose the single order staging method. Before i choose the single order staging method my PMRs were created without problems, but now the inbound queue of my EWM-System catches the requests...
Any ideas what could solve the problem and let me create PMRs with staging method single order staging ?
Best regards
Eike
Good day experts,
When printing inventory documents (created by LX16) I got al list of
First empty bins, Then filled bins,
I´m looking for control the way the inventory list is sorted no matter whether is empty or filled.
Even better if I can sorted as follows:
Bin structure: C0 NN MM
Sorted by:
first the first group "C0"
Second by the third group "MM"
Thirth by the second group "NN"
Is there a way to do that without implementing exits nor ABAP intervention?
Many thanks,
Antonio
Hi Denis,
also please make sure your source storage bin has bin sorting master maintained for a given activity. When you go to "Activity Area" Tab in /SCWM/LS03 for that given bin, you should see activity PICK assigned to the bin.

Petr
Hi Juergen
I am sorry for the delayed update. I tried it as you suggested and it worked for me. Thank you very much for your apt answer.
Hi Sanujeet
If you are not able to see the WT or WOs that you already created, please check your default data for that transaction where you are looking for your document.
Default data should have your warehouse number.
Hope, this could resolve your issue.
Hi Huan,
Can you please update what inconsistency you noticed.
Hi All
As a part of initial master data upload to EWM system, I am CIFfing batches.
I wanted to CIF only those batches for which stocks are available. When I CIF batches for the material, system is pulling all the batches which were created for that material. But I have stocks for that material for only few batches. All other batches I am not going to use at all so I don't want to them in EWM system.
Is there any way in standard system for my requirement.
Thank you in advance.
Hi Denis,
can you show the log of the WT creation? While you are in the screen for the WT creation, and after closing the pop-up you have in the second screen shot, open the log. This should give some information what storage type search sequence has been found, if any at all.

Juergen
P.S. to avoid confusion: the assignement Petr has described is not necessary
Hi,
didn't we just had that some days ago?
How to selectively CIF batches from ERP to EWM?
Brgds
Juergen
My apologies, sure for stock removal the bin sorting is not mandatory as for example for PI WO, which I was just working on.
Please give us the detailed WT creation log. Thanks.
Hi ,Irfan.
With previous config, after we complete inbound process, the stock line in warehouse monitor is displayed with PDI number. For example, a stock line has 3 PC with inbound document.
After we change the config, when we outbound the stock, there will be a new stock line with -3 PC with or without inbound document number.
So now we have a lot of negative stock in warehouse monitor.
If you want to change the config, you should first move all the stocks to other storage type with the 'final putaway' indicator checked. Then after change config ,move them back.
Dear all,
I'm currently working in a ERP/ EWM landscape.
While running the /scwm/erp_stockcheck from ewm, it has generated a 711 mvt to ERP.
I would like to know what kind of differences exists between ERP and EWM than can explain that mvt ?
In a most general way, is there a document that explains the liink bewteen differences and generated mvt type ?
Thank you for help,
Kind Regards
Morgan
Hi Denis,
Go to LOG when you get the error, the log will give you exact details if your configuration settings are fine, it will also give you the point where the error is occurred and then you will come to know what is missing.
Please share the log on the thread so people will be able to help you quickly on it. Definitely some configuration missing.
Thanks and regards
Anoop
Hi Morgan,
if there are differences in stock in both systems ECC and EWM, it depends on situation if stock is being reduced then 711 movement type is triggered and if stock is increased then 712 movement type is triggered. Generally stock differences are found while performing physical inventory.

Hi all,
I have a problem creating Inbound delivery notification in EWM. I am using tcode VL31N to create inbound delivery, erp system create the inbound delivery and gives the message "shipping notification 18.......... was saved and distributed to the WMS".
but in EWM I cannot find the inbound delivery notification in tcode - /scwm/prdi. Also I am not getting any logs in slg1.
Is there anyone with an idea? Please suggest some help.
Thank you!
Hi Juergen
When I have gone through below SAP help on this topic, I came to know there is one standard program RVBDEACT which will update the field Batch no longer active (MCHA-DEACT_BM) in the table MCHA.
While we CIF batches for a material system will ignore those deactivated batches so that my requirement can be fulfilled.
But, the standard SAP report RVBDEACT is not having selection for batch field. Also, I could not find any option to activate the batches again if required.
This is just for your info.
