The requirement is something like this :
1. Warehouse tasks are created in ewm ( e.g for putaway ).
2. Destination storage type / bin determined in EWM : 0010 / 0010-01-01-01
3. The putaway to the destination bin is done by AS/RS , the destination storage type/ bin may be AA00 / AA00-01-01-01
4. Once putaway is achieved , the AS/RS sends message of confirmation with flat file , the ewm system should confirm the warehouse task but the destination in EWM should be as determined by ewm i.e. 0010 / 0010-01-01-01.
Flat file stoage type and bin (AA00 / AA00-01-01-01) needs to be changed to ewm storage type and bin (0010 / 0010-01-01-01)
How can we confirm WT in EWM using flat file ? can we use FM for warehouse task confirmation ? Which FM ?

AS/RS is not connected to ewm system?
May be am not understanding your requirement. As far as i know,
we can connect AS/RS to ewm system through PLC's. When put away is completed it sends telegram to ewm through PLC's. This will update in ewm.
Can you explain about this flat file?

The AS/RS system is not standard SAP EWM MFS. It is from third party.
The communication will be through flat files ( file format like .csv).
I understand there is function module to confirm warehouse tasks in ewm.
/SCWM/TO_Confirm.
But my requirement is before confirmation the original WT destination should also be changed with the destination determined by AS/RS.
e..g
1. EWM warehouse task has determined - destination bin to be A01 .
2. AS/RS determines destination bin to be B01 and confirms putaway.
3. Mesage in the form of flat file through interface ( which will be built ) is sent to EWM which should first update destination bin in Warehouse Task and then confirm WT in ewm.
Any idea ? How it can work and relevant function modules / BAPI or any enhancement ?

Hello Colleagues,
we got a problem with our SCM-EWM System. We set up an ERP-SCM-EWM Landscape and configured according to the rapid deployment solution guide. All looks fine, but all the time when we try to confirm the warehouse order of the inbound delivery from ERP the system issues an express document with the message "Update was terminated". (attached files)
Has anyone ever had this problem?

Hi,
I have configured storage type Z930 (role:doors), z910 (role:staging area), z001 (high racks). I have used POSC - unloading, packing and putaway.
The inbound delivery item has determined the Z910 bin in the staging bay and Z930 in Goods movt. Also I have created HU for unloading purpose.
Now when I am clicking "Create WTs" in TU screen, below error screen is coming up. It is trying detect final ptwy bin (storage type: Z001) instead of door.
I have observed, if the final ptwy bin is available empty, then TU unload is working. But this is not the behaviour expected. Ideally it should unload to door.

Hi,
I have created a Workcenter layout (Packing general). I have configured POSC - unload, packing and putaway.
After unloading task gets confirmed, packing task has got created which I have confirmed. Now I have to repack in the workcenter and CloseHU so that the putaway can be performed. But when I go to workcenter and try to re-pack system says "Stock for required data does not exist".
Any help please.

thanks for your reply. We have already tried everything, i guess. May be you can tell me more details about this special note (keyword for the search or a link).
We checked some notes from the market place, but all of these checked notes are not for our problem. Ether its not the same kind of problem or the system patch level of the note is under our release (we have the highest release now). Perhaps we are now so desperate that we dont see the wood for the trees :-(.
The Problem is finally that the system all the time try to insert the quant in the table with an existing quant (guid-number). At the first time its the right way, but in the second, they should delete the quant from the receiving zone and update the existing quant. But the all the time they insert quants.

I tried to create one inbound delivery from a purchase order. Purchase order type being INTERNAL VENDOR. The inbound delivery is created and is distributed to EWM. The status of the goods receipt is completed at EWM and i can find the stock at the bin. However, at ECC the status is still 'not completed'. As a result i can found stock difference between ECC and EWM. I checked if this delivery is stuck at the queue and found 1 queue for this delivery with the error message as "PL Stock in transit exceeded by 5 EA, Plant XXXX Sto Loc XXXX".
And no other deliveries have been created for this purchase order. Is the procurement for internal vendor purchase order same as that of stock transport order in which you issue the product from supplying plant and then receive it into the receiving plant? If yes, then the outbound delivery from the issuing plant has been done at the same date of purchase order creation and its status is completed. There is no stock at MB5T as well. However, GR for those product at receiving plant is not showing at ECC, but its showing at EWM as i explained before. I suppose if i can process that queue then status of delivery at ECC will be completed. Kindly help.

AS its POSC.
when you unload due to customization ( storage process ) system will also find final bin for product.
check putaway table for POSC indicator + WPT + Putaway sequence.
This table should have WH+PACI+WPT+putaway sequence and putaway rule .
check POSC seq table.
step one from door to grzone
step 2 gra zone to packing
step 3 packing to final bin
in storage process check
step one unload + packing and putaway.
check WPT and source bin and door determination rule.
Then when u unload system will create unload task and putaway task. as per POSC customization.
check storage type and its rule to find bins.
check bins like gr-zone,door, pack (WC bin) and all final bins.

Thanks Suraj, that helped. I could move the task under the product and move to another HU. This helped wherein the entire content of HU is to be moved to another HU.
In case if I have re-pack quantity from the task into multiple HU, Should I create packspec?

Is there any way to define fixed bin mappings using CSV file etc? I know the transaction /scwm/binmat but here we can't upload for all fixed bins through csv etc.. or using the config where first posting will fix the product to bin. But I am looking for a csv file upload like we do for storage bins and stock uploads in EWM.

not suddenly, the whole time. Always when we try to confirm a warehouse action. The problem is that we know the place where the system create the dump. but we dont know how to solve the problem :-)
The System should use in a first step the command insert to create a quant with a new guid parent, in the next loop the system should use the command delete and update to refresh the quant information. But our System use all the time the insert command. At the second loop the try to insert the existing guid_parent into the quant table with the existing guid_parent. And then boom ... dump.
We compared with an original working SAP-System. And this system working normal. At the first loop they insert the quant and at the following they delete/update the quant. The working system set up an update-flag our system not. But we dont know why. The system is customized according to the rds-guide.
i can post detailed screenshot if its necessary.

Its possible go to tcode /scwm/adhoc or /SCWM/ADHU you have create HU WT there. click and check does its satisfy ur req.
If its does not work then create NEW wpt to move HU and use same tcode.
