Condition records for Print HU

Hello Experts,

 

I have a requirement where I want to print HU content label.We will be programming to print HU content in ascending or descending order(due to some specific business requirement).I will be creating two action definition which will be assigned to two smart forms that will be programmed to print content in ascending and descending order respectively.

When I create condition record for two action definition system is going to print both.I want the ability to choose the condition record to print HU Content in ascending or descending order manually. here is no specific criteria that I can define in condition table and users will decide manually which condition record they want to print.

 

Is that possible that when I click on print HU in work center, system can give me option to select which condition record I want to process?

Hi Experts,

 

I have configured production integration scenario for two ewm managed warehouses. So, one ewm managed warehouse is for warehouse and another ewm managed warehouse is for production supply area. So, when i stage the components for pick parts from CO02 after releasing production order - it is creating outbound delivery in ECC and the same is getting distributed to EWM but showing below error log - which is causing to get struck in inbound queues.  Please help me in this issue.

 

Log:

Could not create header data delivery 0080001063, system ERP_001

An error occurred during validation of the object

Cannot create item 000010 of delivery 0080001063 from system ERP_001

Field Item: Production Supply Area is a required field for the action 020

Please check your profiles assigned to your document type in EWM. If you have incorrect profile in Action normally you get this error. Give a careful look to document type you configured and their profiles assigned.

Thanks for your reply Peter.

We have HU creation indicator ticked for both the levels (pallet and case) in the packaging specification.

Which level should system consider for HU creation.

 

However, could you give any pointer how our requirement can be achieved.

We want system to propose pallet maximum volume to consider only case actual volume only. Not the product actual volume.

SAP PP-EWM integration for backflush materials in 9.2 version

Hi EWM Experts,

 

I need you help in knowing How to configure below scenario
in SAP EWM

Scenario: PP integration with SAP EWM with for materials
with backflush indicator

 

Current set up.

 

I have 2 plants. Plant A and plant B

 

Plant A is manufacturing unit where Raw material warehouse (A1)is
attached which is EWM managed

 

Plant B is a planning plan where Finished goods warehouse
(B1) is attached which is also EWM managed

 

I am creating process order in plant A for manufacturing finished
product. Finish product BOM consists of SFGs and packaging materials which are
EWM managed

 

What I want to do:

 

Create process order in Plant A by maintaining plant B as
Planning plant. Once process order is released, I am doing EGR in EWM managed
finished goods warehouse which is B1. At the same time, PMR is getting created
in RM warehouse which is A1. I did the configuration in Warehouse A1 as
suggested in SAP’s advance production integration documentation. As per
configuration, I can see Finished product in PMR as ‘receiving product”. Now I
want to stage SFGs and Packaging materials. I am able to stage SFGs using NWBC
staging menu however unable to stage packaging materials as  they have backflush indicator. When I try to
create staging proposal, WT is not getting created. It is giving me error that
WPT are compatible with document category PWR.

 

As per SAP suggestion, I have assigned PCCO staging methods
to packaging materials.

Moreover, as per SAP documentation, Once Process order is
confirmed (once finished product is received), packaging materials should be
consumed automatically with the help of DOG type outbound delivery from SAP
ECC. However I am not able to even stage packaging materials let alone
consuming it.

  Hence please let me know what am I missing in config like
what should be staging indicator for packaging materials (with Backflush indicator)
while creating control cycle? What should be process type for creating staging
WT?

In T Code VL60 Can we change Inbound delivery already distributed in EWM. Please explain.

- you need to assign a start bin to the activity area from where you pick.

Hi Gurus,

 

In my scenario I am creating Picking task and then I am using packing profile to create Pick HU at a different location.

 

I can create Pick HU as soon as Picking task is getting created.

 

Now I need a HU warehouse task to be created immediately for my Pick HU from its location(HU starting Bin) to the destination Bin of the Picking task created.

 

Is there is any standard way available in EWM for the Pick HU warehouse task creation.

 

Example :

Picking Task created -

 

Source  Bin                        --          Destination Bin

Picking_Task_Start_point01  ---> Packing Workcenter01

Picking_Task_Start_point02  ---> Packing Workcenter01

 

 

Pick HU Created -

 

 

PICKHU001  ---> Storage_Bin_01

 

 

Requirement :: -->

 

Automatic HU Warehouse task for Pick HU - > PICKHU001

 

Source  Bin                                                --          Destination Bin

Picking_Task_PICKHU001_Storage_Bin_01  ---> Packing Workcenter01

 

Once it is created , Pick HU warehouse task can be confirmed to the Packing Workcenter01 and then picking task can also be confirmed .

Please suggest if it can be achieved by customizing .

Hi Mevin,

 

I am facing the same problem with EWM-triggered kit to stock deliveries. Can you please share your settings for deliveries and movement types in ECC?

 

For Inbound I have set up in "Determine Delivery Type for Manufacturing-Related Inbound Deliveries" del.type DIG for KTS and in "Define Item Categories for Deliveries" movement type 521 for DIGN - this works fine.

 

But for outbound deliveries I have the same problem you mentioned.

Hi Rahul,

 

Looks like you have done all settings right for Low-Stock check PI process.

 

As Petr mentioned, you have to test this using RF.  Please follow below steps while performing through RF,

 

1.  Confirm the Warehouse Task in the RF Environment and perform a low stock check physical inventory.

 

  1. From the main menu, choose 02 Manual Selection
  2. On the next screen, choose 01 Selection by WO
  3. Enter your Warehouse Order.
  4. Press function key F4 to advance to the source location screen.
  5. Enter the source bin in the verification field, then choose Enter.
  6. In the SrceHU verification field choose Enter.
  7. In the Prod verification field, enter the Product Number.  Choose Enter.
  8. In the A Qty verification field, enter the picked qty, choose Enter.
  9. In the DestHu verification field, choose Enter.
  10. The Low Stock Check screen will be displayed.
  11. Enter the Remain Qty of product.
  12. Press function key F1 to confirm.

 

2.  Check the physical inventory document that was created upon the task confirmation.

Prerequisite - Put-away should be completed

Follow below steps to use VL60 transaction.

1. Start the transaction VL33N to display the Inbound Delivery in ERP and check delivery is completed.

2./SCWM/PRDI - Click button  form button. - Note GR is completed in Reference Document.

3.Click Inbound Delivery main menu. Click Inbound Delivery  Follow-On Functions option .

  Click Inbound Delivery  Follow-On Functions  Return to Vendor Ctrl+F4 option .

4. ID Processing - All Possible with VL60: Inbound Deliv. Display

5.Click on Quantity Difference Icon and Click on Return quantity option.

6.And then update FDQty and Reason.

7.Once you click on “Post” system will show below Return successfully created message. Double click on it to see the message in detail.

8.Close message box and press F3 button.

9.Double click on the message shown at the bottom of the Inbound Delivery screen in EWM and note down the Outbound Delivery number# 00800XXX

10.Click button  to close the screen and then check the outbound delivery to pick it for return.

11. Now check in ECC using VL03N, if the Return delivery is created and distributed to EWM in /NSCWM/ODR

12.check if there is any auto task created, note this needs to be a manual task with the part need to return from return bin

13.Before creating Warehouse task, please move the stock from required Storage Bin in F2 status to SCRAP-ZONE bin in F1 status as shown below.

14.Go to t.code /SCWM/ADPROD (Create Warehouse Product Task).

15.Go to t.code /SCWM/MON to check stock is updated to SCRAP-ZONE or not

16.Go to t.code /SCWM/POST (Posting Change for Warehouse).

17.Enter fields “Qty f. Post. Change,” “Whse Proc. Type as 4010,” “Stock Type as F1FYI: Field “Qty f. Post. Change” can be any value on how much quantity we need to    change. In this example, I am moving quantity from F2 to F1 status.

18.Click on “Create+Save” button

19.Go to t.code /SCWM/MON to check stock is updated to F1 status in SCRAP-ZONE or not by following below steps.

20.Now, create warehouse task for Outbound Delivery Order screen in menu, click on Outbound Delivery Order à Follow-On Functions à Warehouse Task

21.In order to rectify this issue, please click on Default Values tab  present at the bottom of the screen (highlighted in yellow in above snapshot) and enter Source Storage bin as “SCRAP-ZONE.”

22.Save warehouse task and then confirm.

23.Now, go to Outbound Delivery Order through t.code /SCWM/PRDO.We can see Goods Issue status is “Not Started.”

24.Click on “Goods Issue” button and we can see Goods Issue status as “Completed” and system will show message as “Outbound Delivery XXX created” at the bottom of the page

25.Goods Movement with M.Type 122 “Return to Vendor” is successfully posted in ECC PO.

Profiles are maintained properly for document types. Not sure why it is causing the error.

Hi,

 

WO logs are activated from a seperate transaction. Use tcode: /SCWM/WOLOG - Set Up Control Parameters for Warehouse Order Creation to activate logs.

 

By the way, you defined a new condition table, but you used standard condition table(as seen on your first screenshot). Is this intended? If so, you need to remove all modifications(leave only condition table entry). Spool parameters are determined from condition master data. You maintained one, but it is not determining your entry.

Hi,

 

You might have a chance if you create an item for pick HU's as packaging material in that delivery. I agree with Juergen, you can't achieve this in standard.

 

For ex., when you release pick WT's, you can pick actual packaging materials from that bin(CON01) which is the same as your physical movements.
