You should create the perticular item in wearhouse view in EWM and save it properly and go to OMS2 in ECC select material type and double click on qty/value update and select your valuation area it should be flaged.

Automatic PGI after warehouse task confirmation
Hi All,
We have a stock destruction process setup wherein the Reservation is created first and in turn GI is posted in ECC and the corresponding delivery is sent to EWM where the warehouse task is created manually. Now, the task is in turn assigned to a resource who will actually do the picking. Currently, we are posting the GI manually in EWM after confirming the task and the delivery gets completed in ECC.
We would like to Post the GI automatically but only when the stock has been actually putway by the resource to scrap zone.
Any inputs on how to setup such scenario will be helpful.

AUTO GR and Putaway,

The key requirement is as follow
1) complete packing manually ( no pack spec for now)
2) Once the packing is completed it should trigger GR.
3) Once GR completed , putaway task should be triggered.
We want to avoid POSC and achieve functionality with PPF if possible.

but could not run the process.
I have created Production order in ECC
and try to create EGR using /SPE/EGR

I tried couple of action definitions like scwm/pdi_auto_gr with schedule condition of scwm_whr_full_packed and also action definition scwm/prd_in_post_gr_on_save with schedule condition scwm/aut_gr_post but I am unable to trigger GR when goods are packed.
Can you propose which action definition shall i use for triggering GR when goods are packed?

As I given logic. you may need to write small logic in function module to check status of del and trigger.
It may be possible you will not write at pack place. it has to perform at del and pack status level.
You have status profile modifi to check GR status and call GR function at same.

If you met the case status has been posted in EWM but in ERP still has the status of not being completed. Program /SCWM/R_MESSAGELOG_RESET can reset the message to ERP. You should implement the manual activities of note 1887522

/SCWM/PRDI error 'Batch XXXX Not Found, whilst Booking in Deliveries.
Dear Colleagues,
We have come across an issue, in which, when we create a new vendor batch in EWM,we get an error message displayed at the bottom of our screen, denoting that the batch XXXX does not exist.
When we checked the No Range of that Batch, it is the ECC one it is relating to and we CIF the batch,the delivery goes through.Of course,we need to need to this literally for every delivery,as we are obtaining this error constantly.
I have the following questions:
A) Do we need to increase the frequency of the Batch CIF? (For Info,we have a Background Job on SM37,for the Product & and the Batch and are executed once a day and they are both executing RIMODGEN followed by RIMODAC2 Programs). We don't execute the program for the optional deletion of the older versions of the CIF Model.
B) Do we need to change the 'Batch Management & SLED Check' Settings, from, 'Create Batch in Background, Ext Number Assignment Only' to
' Create Batch in Background, Ext & Internal Assignment' ? I attach screenshots of our external & internal No Ranges for Objects BATCH_CLT (ECC) & /SCWM/CHNUM (EWM)
C) Do we need to change the Batch Update Control from 1 to 2 i.e. from 'Synchr,Asynchr Update with Local Update if Errors Occur' to 'Synchr,Asynchr Update without Local Update if Errors Occur' ?
Other Config Settings relating to Batch Management are seen below:
I'd appreciate your comments to which areas I will need to look at first.
