in your item fileter - HU01 , can you check whether no stock removal check box is ative?
If yes please remove that. Rest settings are fine.

No stock removal is not active , without full pallet removal filter rule , rule HU01 is getting triggered but my objective for full pallet pick is not achieved.

Hi Jinoy,
from the above screen shot i could see that your first requirement of WOCR is achieved.
what exactly you are looking for. In the wOCR filter if you mainatain full stock removal then task will be passed through this rule only - if your task quantity matches with avaialble stock of full HU then rule is passed. If no HU is maintained with that quantity then it passes to next rule.

I am looking for functionality similar to full stock removal in WM at storage type level.
eg : If my requirement is 2 EA and if bin contains 10 EA system should propose removal of 10 Ea eventhough my requirement was for 2 EA.
Can i achieve same with any of the functionality availaible in EWM.

Hi Jinoy,
With your first post I thought you are asking about situation of why the DEFAULT rule is determined.
Does your bin contain the HU's with the quantities of 10?. Do you have muliple HU's in the Bin with the quantity of 10.
While stock placement what is the process you are following?

ODO Net weight to be updated back to ERP
Hi,
There is a requirement for our client to update the net weight in ODO back to ERP. This is because they want to bill the customer based on net weight of the product and they don't want to do product weight x quantity every time.
Two questions.
1. Where is the net weight updated in ODO line item. Which table?
2. Is there any standard method to pass net weight of ODO to ERP delivery?OR is the only method is to do an enhancement and include net weight in EXTENSION queue container?

Yes , because in WOCRule i could find an option for full pallet removal but my rule was not getting triggered.
My requirement is for HU as well as for Non HU based pallet locations .i dont maintain multiple HU's in same bin.
Next empty bin is strategy i am using for stock placement.

Hi Jinoy,
OK. my understanding is you are making a goods receipt of 1 , 3 , 5 quantities for your inbound deliveries in eWM and completing the process of putaway in storage type T051 in different storage bins of storage type T051.
now if you create individual sales orders with each 1 quantity system should propose the task of of full quantity pick from different storage bins.
expectation:
first task shoud be for 1 ( this stage bin will be empty)
second task should be for 3 (this stage bin will be empty)
third task should be for 5 ( this stage bin will be empty)
you want to push the entire quantity of available stock in sourcebin and would like to make the bin as empty.
I believe you are working with regards to production integration.
eWM is more in optimized picking. Based on the requirement system will propose.
in classical WM you are picking entire quantity and moving stock back after picking the required quantity.
rather you can choose a better option of picking the required number of HU's or quantity from bin instead full bin removal.
you can wait for more better options from forum.

EWM: Update of Carrier Business Partner in Outbound Delivery Order
Hi,
We have a requirement to be able to update the carrier business partner in the Outbound Delivery Order. We can do this via the dialogue screen in /SCWM/PRDO. However we ideally like to do it within one of our programs we are using for Carrier Integration.
Does anyone know of a Function Module or Method/Class that could be used to update the values in the DB.

What happened to the SAP WM product section?
Hello Everyone:
My client has decided to implement SAP WM and i need to implement standard BI content. But i am unable to find any help /documentation for BI content on the help.sap,com site nor am i able to find any BI Content in Admin workbench -> BI Content -> PackagesSAP Netweaver BW system.
Anytime i search for SAP WM i end up with links to SAP EWM.
Has anyone else faced this situation?
Please share your knowledge if you are aware of what happened to SAP WM product.
I have opened an high priority OSS with SAP to give direction and it has been more than 24 hours and haven't received any response from SAP. Hoping there is someone in the forums who can assist.

Thanks for your feedback , yes as you rightly said i want to pick entire units for production where my operator demands fullpallets inspite of partial requirements being moved to and forth to bins.

SAP WM is part of Logistics Execution, so if you look for help for that in SCN you need to check here: ERP SCM Logistics Execution.
The focus in now on SAP EWM, so everything in a search is pointing to there.
If you want to see know what BI content is available, you find that on help.sap.com, more exact here: SAP NetWeaver BI Content – SAP Help Portal Page.
I just don't know how much there is specifically for WM...

/SCWM/PACK - Screen BADI Implementation
Hello,
i'm implementing a BADI for the standard /scwm/pack transaction. Well i created a new Function Group with the Screen 299 and the PBO. My Screen are displayed in correct Scanner. But i'm still not sure if this the correct way to do this.
So, do i have to create a new Z function Group for my coding
or
is there a way to enhance the standard package provided by SAP /SCWM/UI_PACKING.

Kit to Stock scenario is not working
Hi Experts,
I am working on Kit to Stock with creating VAS Order in EWM. I am facing with following issues:
1. Work Center could not be determined automatically
2. When I give Work Center KITS manually in VAS order, Outbbound Delivery and Inbound Delivery getting errored out.
Outbound Delivery being created with WCK1/KITTING (WCK1 - Storage Type with Role E) (KITTING is the bin) in 'Staging Bay' field where actually we supposed to have Bin from Storage type with Staging Area group role
Inbound Delivery getting created with Goods Movement bin as KITTING bin, here also this bin shouldn't have been there.
The settings I have set up are:
POSC has two steps: OB01 & VSKS (VAS Step)
VSKS is set with "Rule Based Determination"
Work center KITS is assigned to WCK1 S type
In Easy Access menu under "Define Master Attributes", Work Center KITS is assigned with WCK1 Storage Type/KITTING bin.
Packaging Specification is assigned with Level type KIT and External Step VSKS and performing entity 3 Warehouse.
I am not sure where did I set things wrong:
Can any one suggest me why I am facing below two issues:

POSC control - how can use in optimal way
Hi,
Requirement is as followed:
Case:1
product is packed into packed material. HU type is case.Ee have multiple products in the HU. At this time system has to go for deconsolidation process step and final putaway
Case:2
most cases the product is packed into packing material. all other HU types except case. This HU do not have multiple products. This HU should go to final storage type.
process steps are unloading , deconsolidation and final putaway of the products. For case 1 by maintaining HU type group I have achieved the expected results.
for case2: If I kept the HU type group empty I am not achieving the expected result.
If I maintain HU type group I can achieve the expected result.
For every packing material of HU type is difficult to maintain HU type group. Is there any optimum way to achieve this?
