Hi Venu,

 

Basically for EWM  we assign vendor to plant in ECC. this called as party entitled to dispose (nothing but owner of stock) this vendor which u assign to plant is not procurement vendor, so don't use this vendor in me21n.

 

now how to create PO and del in ecc.

create vendor for procurement xk01 >>  0001 - Vendor

vendor for assign to plant should be of 0007 >>plant.

 

cif >>CFM1 to ewm both vendor >> assign plant vendor to SCU and warehouse. also assign crm011 to plant vendor  (BP in EWMN) with identification.

 

with this system will show party ent dispose in ewm sloc and plant assignments automatically.

 

then create PO in ecc in with procurement vendor. and del in ecc with proper wh.

 

if any issue comes please reply.

Hi Venu,

 

Please put external id in ecc and send new del in ewm and check in /scwm/prdi tcode and check del... hope to get all right.

 

this is because blank ASN field is problem i assume. This is required field.

Venu

CIF the shipping point, make sure you have the flag to create both BP and location in CFM1. Add SO/RO role to your SCU and  add R/3 plant number in BD identification tab in EWM. Run check on IDN in change mode. They should convert.

Hi Suraj,

 

sure, that's exactly what I want to do.

 

When I check the dnote in ERP, it has a qty of 0, Goods issue is completed (see on header, VBUK-WBSTK = C).

 

Now I want to create a new dnote, open the order (VA02), menu Sales document -> Deliver. Now I got error message No delivery-relevant items in order 132456789, order type Z1 (VL455) ). When I check the order status, Overall status is Completed, Delivery status is Fully delivered.

 

So I can't create a new dnote for that order.

 

Is there something that I'm missing?

Hi Imran,

 

Hope you re using POSC and you have checked the check box for Product WT/HU WT next to auto WT check box in your process for your steps. The check box for Product WT should be checked at DECON step or before this step.

Hi Michael,

 

As result of rejection of your delivery, that line item is considered as delivered. So you can not create one more new DN for the same line item. You have to add a new line item in SO and then create a new DN, then process in EWM as regular.

Move Stocks form Interim Storage Type to Fixed bins ( system suggest bins )

Hi,

 

I have a stocks in interim storage type with dynamic bins. My requirement is move the stocks from the interim storage type to fixed bins. For allocating bins I must check the storage type search, storage section search, maximum weight and capacity of the bin all the master data related things and allocate the stocks.

 

I know to create the TO from Interim Storage Type to Fixed Bins using the LT01. Here I'm face the problem is initially I don't know the capacity of the bins, so I can't initially enter the quantity for creating the TO in LT01. But the LT01 was suggested the destination bin based on all the master data checks.

 

Kindly suggest the way how to I achieve this. I don't want to create the TR after based on the TR creating the TO.

Hi,

can you supply a screenshot of the complete status overview? Indeed it should work that you can just create a new delivery, status of the sales order should not be completed.

check same no is assigned to wh in same config.

also create no range for WO also.

 

check have you created GR zone bin and final bins.

activate log for WT in /SCWM/ACTLOG and post log here.

Check customization for storage type for No of fixed bin.

and check stock available for this product and bins

I hope confg and you stock bins will be same so its not allowing to put in new pin.

an in tcode in adhoc movement insert the bin where the stock available. hope it will resolve ur issue.

 

This issue is because of st type setting as no of foxed bin

Hi Imran,

 

The issue which you are facing is because of your setttings in storage type, check number of fixed bins in storage type. You are using fixed bin and all bins which are fixed for that storage type for that product seems to full.

Hi Vijay,

 

you should create number ranges and then check if same is assigned to your Warehouse i.e. 01 or 02 and you should create number ranges for Warehouse warehouse task and warehouse orders as well.

 

The screens which you have attached, does not give a enough details about the issue, please activate the log for warehouse task as advised by Suraj in previous reply, and then try again and post the log details.

You can create two business systems then map your warehouses from ERP to EWM with different BS. Then you can control by Set up Control Parameters for ERP version Control.

Hi Gene,

 

Deliveries which distributed to EWM can be changed in VL60 transaction in ECC.

 

Your shipment information can be updated in DN and in your shipment documents from EWM itself once your shipment activities are completed, there is one IDoc SHPMNT05 for that which updates your shipment information.

 

Can you please let us know Why do you need to update it manually??

Goods receipt with partial acceptance and rejection for PO with /SCWM/QINSP in EWM

Hi Experts,


I am running a scenario with QM in EWM and when I take usage decision with partial acceptance and partial rejection in /SCWM/QINSP following things happen. We posted GR for 5 nos. and took usage decision of 3 nos. acceptance and 2 nos. rejection in EWM.

 

1.System is forcing to enter exception code

2.Warehouse task created in wrong quantities

3.UOM for acceptance quantity is alternate UOM.

4.The update of usage decision is sent to ECC and it goes in error in queue with error e.g."PU Ordered quantity exceeded by 3,175 GL : 1016551".

 

Please let us know if you have worked with this scenario and it worked for you. If there is SAP note please let me know.

hi guys,

 

I create a inbound delivery through a ECC bapi, when it is transferred back to EWM,

i made enhancements to fill the batch number filed and production date. batch number is filled correctly,but the production date is empty.

if i update the production date of the delivery in ECC, after it is transferred, in EWM i see the date is filled but the batch number is empty,

it seems these two fileds can not have value at the same time.but at the frontend it can be filled at the same time, which makes me very confused.

could anyone help me solving this?
