not really sure if what you want is possible.
In the Warehouse Management Monitor you can see all exception codes which have been entered. For that the flag "with History" must be set in the exception code.
I do not think that a warehouse task which was created through an exception code has any special flag, so you can not recognize this. At least I have never seen that.
