/SCWM/PRDI error 'Batch XXXX Not Found, whilst Booking in Deliveries.

Dear Colleagues,

 

We have come across an issue, in which, when we create a new vendor batch in EWM,we get an error message displayed at the bottom of our screen, denoting that the batch XXXX does not exist.

 

When we checked the No Range of that Batch, it is the ECC one it is relating to and we CIF the batch,the delivery goes through.Of course,we need to need to this literally for every delivery,as we  are obtaining this error constantly.

 

I have the following questions:

 

A) Do we need to increase the frequency of the Batch CIF?  (For Info,we have a Background Job  on SM37,for the Product & and the Batch and are executed once a day and they are both executing RIMODGEN followed by RIMODAC2 Programs). We don't execute the program for the optional deletion of the older versions of the CIF Model.

 

B) Do we need to change the 'Batch Management & SLED Check' Settings, from, 'Create Batch in Background, Ext Number Assignment Only' to

' Create Batch in Background, Ext & Internal Assignment' ? I attach screenshots of our external & internal No Ranges for Objects BATCH_CLT (ECC) & /SCWM/CHNUM (EWM)

C) Do we need to change the Batch Update Control from 1 to 2 i.e. from 'Synchr,Asynchr Update with Local Update if Errors Occur' to 'Synchr,Asynchr Update without Local Update if Errors Occur' ?
