I hope all should work as expected. I will suggest to use below as config.
WC should update automatic in VAS order.
Use 8050 storage type or copy of same.
Use WVI1 WC for VAS assign VS01 step or copy of VS01, also assign 8050 storage type.
Use /SCWM/TWORKST - Define Master Data Attributes assign storage bin to wc and check st is 8050.
